Compacted type cartridge heaters feature nickle-chromium resistance wire precisely wound and centered in the sheath.
After swaging and centreless grinding to size, this ensures even rapid heat transfer to the sheath.

Terminators & Type
- Standard termination – 300 mm crimped nickle/glass leads with fiberglass sleeving
- Internal connected leads, where flexibility is required
- Right angle braided conduit
- Stainless steel mounting plates
- Internal Thermocouple type ‘J’ or ‘K’
